Questions
Do caregivers need an account?
No. They scan the QR code (or open the link), enter the PIN you set, and the device stays unlocked for six months. Only parents and guardians have accounts.
Can I see what caregivers write during the day?
Not until it is sent. Caregivers log privately; the family gets the report when someone with a sending role taps "Send to family". The one exception is items you mark as alerts — like "I got hurt" — which email you right away.
Who can send the report?
You choose. By default the School template lets the Teacher send; you can add or remove roles under "Roles & sending".
Is the data private?
Each person has a private, unguessable address and PIN. Only guardians you invite can see reports. We do not sell data or show ads. See our privacy policy.
