How it works

Five minutes to set up. One minute a day to use.

1

Create their page

Sign up, add the person you care for, and pick a starting point — a school day, preschool, adult day program, home care, or a blank page.

2

Shape the menu

Turn sections and items on or off, rename anything, edit the choices, add your own, and decide which items allow an "Other". Choose the roles your caregivers pick from and whether a custom role is allowed.

3

Share the QR code and PIN

Print the card or text the link. Caregivers scan, type the PIN once, and their device stays unlocked for six months. Change the PIN any time to sign everyone out.

4

They tap. You read.

Caregivers add their name and role, tap through the day, and save as often as they like. When someone with a sending role taps Send to family, every guardian gets the report and it lands in your archive.

What caregivers see

  • Big, tappable choices — no typing unless a note is needed
  • Everything phrased in the first person: "I shared", "At lunch I ate…"
  • Sections fold shut so the page stays short
  • Behavior tiles ask for a quick note so context travels with the mark
  • "I got hurt" sends the family a heads-up right away
  • Catch-up entries for the last two weeks, clearly labeled
  • Light and dark mode, works on any phone or tablet

What families get

  • A report in your inbox when the day is sent — not a live feed
  • "Ask me about" and "I need from home" at the top where you want them
  • Every report archived by day on your dashboard
  • Invite co-parents and relatives as guardians; each picks their own notifications
  • Change the PIN, roles, or items whenever life changes
  • Password reset, email confirmation, and the usual account tools
